-5 Resolution of 2016 Year


30th Jan...We are in the Last Days of JAN-2016...You must have made lot of Resolutions..

Here I am sharing my experience..Happy Reading..

While coming to Office, I saw a hoarding saying about IGNITE-2016 - A DJ Party in 3 Star hotel. The Advertisement was so appealing that I was sure that many will consume more pack of Vodka or whiskey in the name of 2016 and Become Kid ohhh Sorry become Animals of 2016. Ladies & Gentleman “Happy New Year” with Tequila Shots & Chicken Tandoori. Ha..Ha..
This is how mostly youngsters celebrate New Year...if I am not wrong every time we want to celebrate New Year. Kindly note, I am making a great difference here; Celebration & Drinking are two different phases. People generally assume if they drink, shout, then it is Celebration. If they Dance (without even drinking), it will not be considered as celebration.
The 1st Day of Every Year is always excites us because we promise ourselves so many things which we want to achieve in the coming year. I don’t know how many people checks “Where they are after the end of Year”. So here I want to share why not this year we make -5 New Year's Resolution. (-) Sign indicates go back or go reverse from your original status. -5 mean you are checking all the options what you have committed last year and now making that list. Identifying the Top 5 last year resolutions which was decided by you in a very conscious state. Jotting down the reasons for each resolutions why it has not been completed. I believe now You are with Your last year 5 Resolutions which You have not completed along with the reasons which stopped you for achieving those resolutions.
Keep Your Diary close. And now do 5 WHY exercise to each & every resolution why you want to complete it. Let me give an example, Suppose You decided last year that you want to wake up early in morning and you could conceptualize this resolution in last year.


So we will do 5 WHY exercise with this resolution.1st why: Why you want to Wake Up early (Answer may be: Want to Go for Morning Walk). 2nd Why : Why You want to Go Morning Walk (Answer maybe : It will keep me fit & healthy).3rd Why: Why You want to keep Yourself Fit & Healthy ( Answer maybe : It will help me to focus more on my work & my business Productivity). 4th Why: Why you want to focus more on work & upgrade Your Productivity. (Answer maybe: It will help me to earn more). 5th Why: Why you want to Earn More Money. (Answer maybe: It will help you to fulfill your dreams).
So, The Best Answer for You for the Last Year Resolution, “I want to wake-up early” is because you want to fulfill Your Dreams. Now how are you feeling? This answer is more intense to achieve whatever you have thought of achieving more. I hope, I am making sense. My understanding says Keep Your Motive So STRONG that it should help you to take Action.
That is why we call Motive + Action = Motivation. Prepare such list of motives for all your last resolution and convert your -5 Resolutions into 5. At last by adding extra intense flavors of motives you can change it into +5 Resolutions. In this way you can think & utilize with what you have rather than what you don’t have.
